Press Release: Environmental groups alarmed by lack of progress on targets for EU industry emission trading

At the EU25 summit of environmental organisations of the Climate Action Network, that took place in Brussels on 4 February 2004, representatives were disturbed by the lack of progress that European countries are showing in the
preparation of emission targets for their industry under the Emissions Trading Directive.
