Energy Ministers from the Parties to the Treaty Establishing the Energy Community met in Bechichi, Montenegro, on 29 June 2007. This was the second meeting since the entering into force of the Treaty. The meeting was co-chaired by EU Energy Commissioner Andris Piebalgs and the Montenegrin Minister of Economic Development Branimir Gvozdenovic. |
