Following the adoption of the second Joint Inclusion Report by the Employment, Social Policy, Health and Consumer Affairs Council, the European Anti Poverty Network announced it was now time for concrete steps to be taken towards achieving the goal of 'making a decisive impact' on the eradication of poverty within the European Union by 2010.
