The European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA), on 31 October 2008, published on its website proposed implementing rules for authority and organisation requirements, including the corresponding acceptable means of compliance (AMC) and guidance material (GM). Interested persons may comment on this Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA 2008-22) by using the Agency’s web-based Comment Response Tool (CRT). Deadline for comments: 31 January 2009. This NPA is the second set of draft requirements following the Agency’s extension of scope to rulemaking in the fields of pilot licensing, air operations and the oversight of third country operators (Regulation (EC) No 216/2008). |
