Press Release: Dialogue on Europe: Michel Barnier, Member of the Commission with responsibility for reform of the institutions, invites you to take part in his first on-line debate on the Internet, 5.6.00

On 5 June 2000 from 18.00 to 20.00 Michel Barnier, the Commissioner for regional policy and with personal responsibility for the Intergovernmental Conference, answered on line questions concerning the reform of the European institutions. Discussion focused on the future role of the European Union, the institutional reforms currently being discussed at the Intergovernmental Conference, the enlargement of the Union and the democratisation of European structures.
