Press Release: Dermot Ahern tells Commissioner Fischler of Ireland’s critical concerns on fisheries policy

Speaking following a bilateral meeting with European Commissioner, Franz Fischler on 11 November 2002, Dermot Ahern, Irish Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources, welcomed the recognition, by the Commissioner, of the concerns expressed in Ireland about allowing open access to the Irish box coastal waters.
