The European Union held a meeting in Brussels on 6 July 2001 with the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Mrs Ilinka Mitreva. The European Union reiterated its attachment to the inviolability of borders, the sovereignty and the territorial integrity of the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia and welcomed the signing of a general cease-fire. It called upon all parties to observe the cease-fire in full. |
