The European Commission on 5 April 2005 decided to partly authorise a Czech scheme which intended to encourage the development of combined transport through aid for the construction, extension and modernisation of existing combined transport terminals. It also opened a formal investigation procedure regarding the compatibility of aids for the purchase of certain types of wagons with EU rules. |
