The Council on 28 October 2013 at the Foreign Affairs Council meeting adopted conclusions on Syria. The EU condemned the escalating violence and the continued widespread and systematic gross violations of human rights in Syria, reiterated its condemnation of the atrocities committed by the Syrian regime, and called for the end of all violence. |
