Press Release: Common Agricultural Policy

The Scottish Minister for Rural Affairs, Richard Lochhead, on 7 January 2011, called on the UK Government to fundamentally revise its position on reform of the Common Agriculture Policy (CAP). He made his comments following a speech by Caroline Spelman, UK Minister for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, at the Oxford Farming Conference on 5 January 2011.
