Preview of the 10th Ministerial Meeting International Energy Forum on 23-24 April 2006, Doha (Qatar). The International Energy Forum is the highest expression of the producer-consumer dialogue, and the 2006 meeting was to bring together Energy Ministers from 70 countries to discuss the prospects and policies of the energy sector at a global level.
