Press Release: Commissioner Figel’ to boost EU-Australia relations in education and training

From 16-19 April 2007, European Commissioner in charge of Education, Training, Culture and Youth, Ján Figel', will visit Australia to mark a new era in EU-Australia co-operation in higher education and training. He will also promote celebrations marking a decade of official co-operation between Australia and the EU as well as the 50th anniversary of the Treaty of Rome.
