As part of the efforts to facilitate an understanding on the Temelin Nuclear Power Plant, the Commission transmitted on 31 July 2001 a Working Paper to the Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, Mr. Milos Zeman, and the Chancellor of Austria, Mr. Wolfgang Schüssel. The Paper summarises the outcome of the expert mission with trilateral participation established under the Melk Protocol (Chapter IV) of 12 December 2000. |
