Press Release: Commission extends by one year the application date for the MiFID II package

The European Commission proposed on the 10 February 2016 a one year extension to the entry into the implementation of the revised Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, or MiFID II, for the participants to be able to comply with the new rules in time. The deadline has been extended to 3 January 2018.
