The European Commission has decided to approve an intended German real estate joint venture between the German Deutsche Bank AG and the German HIH Hamburgische Immobilien Handlung GmbH ('HIH'), which is controlled by the the German bank M.M. Warburg & Co. KgaA ('Warburg'). The newly created joint venture, Deutsche Logistik Immobilien AG ('DLI'), will acquire, manage and sell real estate suitable for logistics, distribution and warehousing purposes in Germany. |
