This text represents the report of the Code of Conduct group on business taxation (established further to the Ecofin conclusions of 1 December 1997 on the so-called 'tax-package') as submitted to the Ecofin Council on 29 November 1999. At its session of 28 February 2000 the Council decided to make the report accessible to the public without taking any position on its content. |
