Poland's Deputy Minister of Labour has told the Financial Times that 'Poland supports the British position' on the opt-out from EU legislation that limits working hours. This makes it almost certain that the British opt-out to the 48-hour working time limit will remain in place even if the European Commission proposes a comprehensive revision of the ten-year old Directive.
