Pierre Moscovici rejects economic sanctions for member states

Pierre Moscovici, Commissioner for Economic Affairs, announced during a press conference on 10 November 2014 that the European Commission was delaying the publication of its opinions on the member states' 2015 budgets, which were supposed to be released on that day.

Concerning the French budget, Mr Moscovici stated that he did not believe in the efficiency of sanctions.
