Climate Change - Responses at regional levelSummary:The autumn 2009 edition of Panorama magazine highlights the crucial role of EU regional policy in addressing climate change, arguably the main challenge facing mankind today. Panorama presents two regions whose efforts to become energy independent are beginning to bear fruit (La Réunion, France and the city of Güssing in Burgenland, Austria) thanks to support received by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF).
