Organised by the European Union Institute for Security Studies (EUISS) in cooperation with the Indian Council of World Affairs (ICWA) on 23 February 2009 in New Delhi, this panel discussion brought together EU representatives and Indian officials. The event was a first collaboration between the EUISS and ICWA, and will be followed up by the launching of the India-EU Forum on Effective Multilateralism in New Delhi in the autumn of 2009. |
