On the horns of a dilemma – how should Welsh public services be planning for Brexit?

The Welsh Brexit blog aims to inform and encourage constructive debate and analysis on issues relating to Wales and the UK's exit of the European Union. Michael Trickey, Programme Director of Wales Public Services 2025, an independent think tank hosted by Cardiff Business School and part-funded by Cardiff University, considers how public services in Wales should plan for Brexit.
