OHIM user satisfaction survey, February 2006

At the request of the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), GfK Emer Ad Hoc Research carried out a first comprehensive survey to find out what the users think about the services offered by OHIM. The survey, which will be carried out once a year, covers not only satisfaction with Community trade mark and designs procedures but also complaints, availability of information, communication and the Office’s image. This first survey covers the period January 2004 to June 2005.
