OHIM University Network – first thesis published on OHIM website

The OHIM Universities Network was set up in 2008 in order to promote a better knowledge of Community trade marks and designs at European universities. In May 2013, the Network published the first phD thesis from one of its network members on its website.

Publication of PhD theses from University Network members will enable OHIM to gather an on-line, easily accessible repository of world-class research from some of the brightest young academics in the IP field, in the areas of the Community Trade Mark and the Community Design systems, and European IP enforcement issues.
