OECD ponders action against tax havens

Switzerland and Luxembourg could face financial sanctions from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development if they continue to refuse to commit themselves to an international initiative against harmful tax practices. The European Union has so far failed to persuade Switzerland to fight harmful tax competition.
