Objective One is just a beginning, not an end

Major feature by the Secretary of State for Wales. He says Wales stands on the threshold of achieving Objective One status for some of its deprived areas. This will allow the people of Wales to tap into a major source of EU funding to boost prosperity. But it should also provide a stimulus for a new era of Welsh engagement with EU matters more generally.
