Norway’s central bank warns on stability

Norges Bank, Norway’s central bank, reported in its Financial Stability Report issued in December 2008 that it needed to implement additional measures to enhance the stability of the country’s banking system and called for stronger links with other Nordic countries to prevent future crises.
