Nitrates action plan: Discussion

Two of Ireland's largest farmers’ organisations, the Irish Farmers Association (IFA) and the Irish Creamery Milk Suppliers Association (ICMSA), put forward their views on the review of the nitrates action plan at the meeting of the Joint Committee on Environment and Local Government on 28 July 2010.
