The Council have adopted the legislation (98/244/JHA and 98/245/JHA Joint Action) to create the Odysseus and Falcone Programmes (to support training, exchanges and co-operation for people in the field of asylum, immigration, the crossing of external borders (Odysseus) and combating organised crime (Falcone).
