The role of innovation and creativity in the public sector was discussed on the 13 May 2009, in the third Brussels Debate organised in the framework of the European Year of Creativity and Innovation 2009. The debate entitled 'Innovation & Creativity in Europe's public sectors: time for radical change' was organised by the European Commission and the European Policy Centre (EPC).
