Naftogaz debt restructuring to speed up

Article reports that Ukraine will fast-track efforts to restructure the debt of Naftogaz, the cash-strapped state energy company, by starting talks with bond investors later in August 2009 and seeking separately to restructure bank loans, the country’s Finance Minister Ihor Umansky said on the 12 August 2009.
