Montenegro made significant progress in reforming its vocational education and training (VET) system, especially in the field of qualifications, but the quality and relevance of training need improvement. These were the main findings of the country’s first Copenhagen/Bruges report, which were validated at a recent conference, held in Becici near Budva in Montenegro on 13 June 2012. The event was also an opportunity to launch the 2012 round of the Torino Process, in which Montenegro will be involved for the first time. |
