Moldova ready to lean toward the west

Article reports that a ruling by Moldova’s constitutional court expected on the 17 September 20009 could clear the way for the former Soviet republic to form a western-leaning government after almost six months of political turmoil that began after contested elections in April 2009 failed to deliver a clear verdict.
