Mogherini Urges Action on Kosovo-Serbia Deals

Following a meeting with Serbian Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic on 18 November 2014, the European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini urged governments in Serbia and Kosovo to continue working on normalising their relations ahead of fresh mediated talks.

A recent study published by Big Deal - an initiative by BIRN - concluded that most of the agreement was yet to be implemented.
