After days of intensive negotiations, Slobodan Milosevic's Socialist Party has agreed to the formation of a transitional government for Yugoslavia's main republic, Serbia. The deal was confirmed when the Serbian parliament met to approve the new government that will run the republic until early elections on 23 December. |
