Miller’s mistakes

The Polish government has delayed approval of a deal between Eureko, the Dutch insurer, and its Polish partners. Eureko has threatened to go to international arbitration if the matter is not resolved. The editorial argues that Poland does not need this argument. It should settle with Eureko and concentrate efforts on fighting unemployment, raising living standards and completing European Union accession.
