Mid-term report 2016. Relations between the European Parliament and EU national Parliaments

The Directorate for Relations with National Parliaments published in April 2017 its Midterm Annual report on the main events and forms of interparliamentary cooperation during the year 2016. It summarises some of the key developments in this area taken place during the year.

The report includes a preface signed by the European Parliament's Vice-Presidents responsible for relations with national Parliaments, Ms Mairead McGuinness and Mr. Bogusław Liberadzki.

Detailed statistics and figures illustrating the fruitful cooperation between the European Parliament and the national Parliaments are in its annexes.
