Memo: The International Labour Organisation (ILO) : role, relations with the Commission, exchange of letters

The International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the European Commission periodically exchange letters, most recently on 14 May 2001. The aim of the new exchange of letters is to update the framework for co-operation between the two organisations. The Memo goes on to outline the role of the ILO and summarise the current state of relations between the Commission and the ILO.
