Memo: Statement following the meeting between President Barroso and the Prime Minster of Moldova, Iurie Leanca

President Barroso met the new Prime-Minister of Moldova Iurie Leanca on 14 June 2013, in his first visit abroad after having assumed his current functions. They discussed the situation in the country and the importance of political consensus among the major parties to pursue the reforms needed to the modernisation of Moldova.
