On 3 December 2007, the European Commission approved the 'Technical Assistance' Operational Programme for all Spanish regions for the period 2007-13. The Operational Programme falls within the framework laid out for the Convergence and Regional Competitiveness and Employment Objectives and has a total budget of around €88.2 million. Community investment through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) amounts to some €63.9 million, which represents approximately 0.2 % of the total EU investment earmarked for Spain under the Cohesion Policy for 2007-13. |
