Memo: Key findings of the 2005 Progress Reports on Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Montenegro and Kosovo

The Progress Reports were meant to describe political and economic developments in the potential candidate countries of the Western Balkans and their progress in adopting EU standards. The countries of the Western Balkans were expected to also fulfil the conditions under the Stabilisation and Association process, such as regional co-operation and co-operation with the ICTY.
