European Commission President José Manuel Barroso and European Council President Herman Van Rompuy participate in the G20 summit on 5-6 September in Saint Petersburg, Russia, representing the European Union. The location of the venue is the Constantine Palace in Strelna (some 30 km from the centre of St Petersburg).
