Hundreds of projects competed in the 2014 national competitions for a chance to represent their country in the European Enterprise Promotion Awards; a shortlist of 22 projects was announced on the 23 July 2014. A record number of 31 countries entered the Awards in 2014 including 28 EU member states as well as Iceland, Serbia and Turkey. A high-level jury representing business, government and academia reviewed the entries and established a shortlist of 22 nominees in six categories. |
