Memo: Commission welcomes Council adoption of Fishing opportunities in the Baltic Sea for 2013

The European Commission welcomed on 22 October 2012 the political agreement reached by the Council of the European Union on the fishing opportunities in the Baltic Sea for 2013. The compromise was reached following the first exchange of views.
