On 1 June 2014, European Commission officials conducted a mission to Hungary from 24 to 27 June 2014 to review recent economic developments and policy initiatives in the context of post-programme surveillance linked to EU balance of payments assistance provided between 2008 and 2010. This was the fifth surveillance visit since the expiry of the financial assistance programme in November 2010. |
