Maritime surveillance in support of CSDP: The Wise Pen Team Progress Report

The Wise Pen Team, composed of Vice Admirals Fernando del Pozo, Sir Anthony Dymock, Lutz Feldt, Patrick Hébrard, Ferdinando Sanfelice di Monteforte, produced a Maritime Surveillance (MARSUR) Progress Report, which was presented to the Steering Board in Capabilities Directors formation, held at the European Defence Agency (EDA) on 9 March 2011.
