Mandelson raps Tokyo on trade barriers

In a speech to the EU-Japan Centre of Industrial Co-operation, Tokyo, Peter Mandelson, the European Commissioner for Trade, rounded on Japan on the 21 April 2008 for exploiting the openness of other economies while erecting barriers to trade and investment at home.
