The Spanish Minister for Education, Culture and Sport, Pilar del Castillo, attended the Education Council in Brussels on 11 and 12 November 2002. The Council approved a draft Resolution on the promotion of enhanced European co-operation in vocational education and training. Ministers also debated the 'Erasmus World' (2004-2008) programme and the European Year of Languages 2001.
