Lima Declaration “Addressing Our Peoples’ Together”. V Latin America and Carribean – European Union Summit, Lima, Peru, 16 May 2008

On May 2008, the Heads of State and Government of Latin America and the Caribbean and the European Unionmet in Lima to give new momentum to the process of building up the bi-regional strategic partnership that they initiated in Rio de Janeiro and continued in Madrid, Guadalajara and Vienna.

After this event, they made a speech in whitch they summed up the progress enable by this conference.
