Article previews a meeeting of the Europe's big carmakers within the European Automobile Manufacturers Association in Geneva, 7 March 2007 to discuss the European Commission's proposals to cut carbon dioxide emissions. The proposals have driven a wedge between luxury carmakers and producers of smaller cars. ACEA will try to seek consensus at the meeting.
