Packed in their bags were the magnificent silk shirts that Thai PM Banharn Silparcha instructed them to wear to the summit's first “informal” banquet. By now, they should also be sitting in the plush armchairs they spent so much time in at the summit. Banharn is shipping the sofas to Europe, apparently because the EU heads' behinds have become used to unparalleled Asian comforts. |
